Marcus Rashford opened the scoring for Man Utd at Granada after getting ahead of the defence, controlling a Victor Lindelof pass and then beating Rui Silva. The goal brought back memories of Kroos’ pass to Vinicius for RM against Liverpool on Tuesday.
Granada played without fear on Thursday against Man Utd in the Europa League quarter-final first leg. Diego Martinez’s men were level for 30 minutes, but then United scored a goal similar to one of Real Madrid’s on Tuesday.
Vinicius scored after a pinpoint pass by Kroos on Tuesday and on Thursday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men opened the scoring on 31 minutes thanks to one of their stats.
Lindelof played a perfect pass from just outside his own box, it was a long ball which saw Marcus Rashford run onto and he just had the keeper to beat.
The Englishman, after a fantastic control, finished past Rui Silva, who was left with no chance.
