Robert Lewandowski Got On The Scoresheet Once Again For Poland

Poland faced Andorra in a 2022 World Cup qualifier. After drawing with Hungary, Paulo Sousa’s men desperately needed a win.

Robert Lewandowski did not disappoint. He rescued a point for Poland against Hungary and he scored twice to put his team in front on the scoreboard.

After 30 minutes, the Bayern Munich man put Poland ahead after knocking home a free-kick. He volleyed the ball and the deflection of the defender took the ball into the back of the Andorra net.

In the second half, Lewandowski got his second. In the 55th minute, he controlled a cross from the right hand side with his chest in the six yard box and then fired home from close range to make it 2-0.

Once again, one of the best ‘9’ in the world once again showed why he is rated so highly in football. Whether it is for club or his country, Lewandowski always meets expectation.
